Good marketing starts with understanding.
About Adem Agency
Understanding what is happening in your market, where your organisation wants to go, what moves your customers and what your marketing actually contributes. Only once that is clear can you decide where your attention, time and budget make the most difference. That is where Adem® begins.
Peter has over ten years of experience in online marketing and advertising, gained both agency-side and client-side. In those years he worked for a wide range of organisations and brands, including Pure Energie, University of Twente, Leiden University and FC Twente. Bart brings his knowledge and experience in creative, brand and strategy from Shoot the Rabbit.
That is why strategy, brand, creative, advertising and data do not sit apart at Adem®. We bring them together to make better choices about where growth should come from and what it takes to get there.
It means we do not start with a channel, a campaign or a solution. We want to understand first. Then we set the direction together and make clear choices about what we will and will not do. From there we execute, measure what happens and keep improving. That way of thinking is also where Adem® started.
Founders Peter and Bart looked at the same marketing landscape from different sides. Peter from online marketing and advertising, Bart from content strategy, brand and creative. Both wanted to look beyond their own discipline, and both were after a way to make short- and long-term objectives part of one marketing strategy. In Adem® that came together.
Today we work with a team of experienced specialists for organisations such as Moneybird, DealerDirect, De Jong & Laan, FMTC, Sparkles and Gevelaar.
We work directly with our clients, without unnecessary layers in between. The people doing the work are also the people at the table. They know the context, they explain why they make certain choices, and they take responsibility for the result. That also means we will not automatically advise more marketing. Sometimes more needs to happen. Sometimes something different. And sometimes it is better not to do it at all.
First understand. Then choose. And then build together towards marketing that works today and stands stronger tomorrow.
